Energy Wave Grounding Exercise
1) Stand with legs shoulder width apart,
2) Draw your attention to an energy somewhere in your body. It can be light, tingly, heavy, dull, whatever you are drawn too.
3) As you breathe in, feel this energy rise through your body through every single cell and out the top of your crown to about 1 foot above your head,
4) As you exhale feel this energy float as a wave down through your body, through every single cell and out through your feet into the ground.
5) As you draw a breath back up, pull the earths energy back into your body from your feet and once again feel this wave rise up through every cell in your body and out the top of your head, then release it and let the wave flow back down again and into the earth.
6) As you breath out it is also good to let the weight of the world drop away, feel your shoulders relax, feel your core relax, feel your back relax and let everything go.
7) When you breathe in, you can also pull different energies from the earth, for example, the energy of water and rise this vibration through your body and float it down again.
8) Repeat 4 or 5 times, or however many you may choose.
This meditation can be done in 30 seconds and is the quickest way I have ever found of grounding.
